2025 (2ND) GLOBAL RENEWABLE METAL INDUSTRY CHAIN SUMMIT
As green and low-carbon development gains global momentum, the rising demand for metal resources has positioned recycled metals as a key sustainable and cost-effective solution. Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand, has become a major hub for recycled resource processing, driven by its strategic location, strong manufacturing base, and established recycling systems. The region’s growing EV industry has further accelerated investments in copper, aluminum, and battery recycling.
Following the success of the inaugural SMM Global Renewable Metal Industry Chain Summit in Malaysia (June 2024), the 2025 edition will take place in Bangkok on June 12-13. This summit adopts a global perspective, focusing on key regions in the renewable metals industry such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Convenes global industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to explore emerging trends, technologies, and policies in metal recycling. By fostering international collaboration, the event aims to advance the global resource recycling ecosystem and support the transition to a circular economy.
